An important feature of Chewycoat, differentiating it from other centre filled chewing gum techniques is that you don’t have to adapt your product to make a chewing gum version. It is possible to “chewycoat” almost all shapes and sizes. It is even possible to incorporate sensitive ingredients into the chewing gum such as vitamins and proteins.
Another advantage of Chewycoat is that it is chewing gum made without extrusion. This way, you have less stock and fewer semi-finished goods in work compared to traditional chewing gum manufacturing. With Chewycoat, you get a flexible production process enabling you to produce in variable batch sizes adapted to different markets.
